It all began with a bang. A big bang.
P5 Solutions was born out of one of the most successful operational and financial transformations that our industry has ever seen. In December 2017, the P5 Solutions team took over management of the APL Pier-300 terminal in Los Angeles, rebranding it as Fenix Marine Services. In just four years, the terminal was transformed, with almost every aspect of the site improved: facility layout, equipment, systems, management, power, financial reporting, safety, and culture. As a result, the enterprise value grew from US$850 Million to US$2.3 Billion. Terminal operations continued throughout, achieving transformative growth in performance and value without disrupting client services.
